| Topsail SUNSATIONAL Rentals, providing quality linen
rentals, baby equipment, beach equipment and other items to service the
needs of Topsail Island Vacationers. Our services are simply the best on
Topsail Island and come with much experience from years of working
with owners, renters, and local Real Estate Companies.
TEAMWORK is the key to our success and our
excellent service is due to the experiences we’ve learned over 25
years of rental work on the island.
A family business owned and operated by Stephanie & Kent Ottaway and
our two sons, Addison & Trevor, enables us to carry on the Topsail
Island family tradition that so many repeat vacationers have grown
to know and trust.
Customer Service is foremost in our mind and has been another key to our
success. If there is an item or service that a customer needs that
we do not advertise, simply make a request and we will do our best
to satisfy the need.
When placing your order online you will receive a confirmation
via email. Please note that you may return to the website and
review your account by signing in with your email address and
password you chose. Should you need to add an item to
your order, please call our office and provide your confirmation
number and we will gladly adjust your account.
Prepayment is
necessary on all reserved items and must include 6.75% sales tax.
During our peak season (May - September), you must reserve your
rental items early to guarantee availability in order to avoid
disappointment and inconvenience. If you require equipment or
a response in less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, it is
advisable to call and speak to a reservationist for confirmation.
Renters must be 18 years or older. A $25 fee will be incurred
for all cancellations. No refunds with less than 72 hours
notice. All prices quoted are per week per item.
Gas and Charcoal Grills are available for rent. We have a
limited supply of these grills and they do book quickly.
Please remember that grilling is allowed on the ground level only
and is not permitted on wooden decks,
inside screened porches, garages or carport areas. Gas Grills
do come with a propane tank and in the event you empty the tank,
just give us a call and we will swap the tank for you during
standard business hours. Grills grates must
be cleaned, utensils cleaned and free of charcoal debris and ashes before pickup
occurs. Failure to clean will result in a $15 cleaning fee
charged to the renter's credit card. Please make sure to place
all grilling utensils and lighters inside the grill before vacating
the property to avoid an additional $15 replacement fee.
Our cleaning services are not advertised on the website but are
available for owner quotes via email or a phone call to our office.
We currently provide departure cleaning, spring cleaning, and
cleaning/linen package services for rental units on Topsail Island.
