must be left in the same exterior location as
delivery location.
We begin making deliveries after 2:00
p.m. on
Saturdays and Sundays and make our best effort to deliver your rental
items by 6:00 pm on your check-in day. Sorry, but it
is impossible for us to guarantee a delivery time. All
orders for Saturday/Sunday deliveries must be placed by 4:00 p.m. on
Friday. Weekday deliveries must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for delivery.
Last minute orders placed the day of arrival will be filled on a
first come, first served basis and delivery will occur after all
advance orders have been delivered, possibly after 6:00 p.m. and
most likely, the next day. Our busiest days
are Saturday and Sunday, please be patient and call our office if
your items have not been delivered by 6:00 pm.
You do not have to be present for us to deliver your rental
order. Items are delivered to the exterior (carport
area) of your rental unit, except for condo unit
deliveries, which are sometimes left inside the unit.
PLEASE NOTE: VRBO & Privately
Owned Units will also be delivered to the exterior of unit and you
must make sure to leave all items outside upon departure as we do
not have access to the interior of the unit. We do not check out keys for entry into units,
unless special circumstances warrant such service.
PLEASE REMEMBER to leave rental items and boxed linens outside
the entry door upon your departure. Cribs must be
disassembled, beach chairs rinsed off, and grills cleaned / ashes
emptied prior to pickup. It is imperative that charcoal grill
ashes be emptied prior to pick-up; otherwise they are too dangerous
for our delivery persons to handle.
Rental items must be outside and available for pickup by 9:00 a.m. on your
departure day. If you decide to check out earlier than your
scheduled departure
date, or know you will be leaving prior to 9:00 a.m., please call
our office at 328-6088 and let us know so that your rental items may be
picked up early.
Phone hours are
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Friday,
Saturday during the
off season and 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday during the summer season
(Memorial Day - Labor Day).
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE AN OFFICE ON THE ISLAND thus, no
customer pickup availability.
