more; otherwise, items must be picked up and returned onsite. FREE
Pickup requires items to be left in the same exterior location as
delivery location.
We begin making deliveries after 2:00
p.m. on
Saturdays and Sundays and make our best effort to deliver your rental
items by 7:00 pm on your check-in day. Sorry, but it
is impossible for us to guarantee a delivery time. Delivery
orders for Saturday must be placed no later than 3:00 p.m. on
Friday, for Sunday delivery, orders shall be placed no later than
3:00 p.m. on Saturday.Our busiest days
are Saturday and Sunday, please be patient and call our office if
your items have not been delivered by 7:00 pm.
A $15
delivery fee will automatically be incurred for delivery orders of
less than $25 and for Monday - Friday deliveries. You do not have to be present for us to deliver your rental
order. Items are delivered to the exterior (carport
area) of your rental unit, except for condo unit
deliveries, which will be left inside the unit. We do not check out keys for entry into units,
other than condos, unless special circumstances warrant such service.
PLEASE REMEMBER to leave rental items and boxed linens outside
the entry door upon your departure. Cribs must be
disassembled, beach chairs rinsed off, and grills cleaned / ashes
emptied prior to pickup. It is imperative that charcoal grill
ashes be emptied prior to pick-up; otherwise they are too dangerous
for our delivery persons to handle.
Rental items must be outside and available for pickup by 9:00 a.m. on your
departure day. If you decide to check out earlier than your
scheduled departure
date, or know you will be leaving prior to 9:00 a.m., please call
our office at 328-6088 and let us know so that your rental items may be
picked up early.
Feel free to give us a call during the week or drop by our office
should you need additional items during your vacation.
Our
office is open 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday -Saturday during the
off season and 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday & 1:00 p.m. -
5:00 p.m. during the summer season (June 8 - August 31). Extended
office hours during the on-season, as needed, but our Website and phone
lines are ALWAYS OPEN. We look forward to assisting you on
